Shadow and Baye delivers to the United Kingdom and selected European destinations. The countries and delivery services available for your order are shown at checkout.
Where we deliver
Available destinations depend on the product and delivery address. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, it is not currently available for that order.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and appropriate order checks. Dispatch timing may vary with stock availability, weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
Delivery charges and estimates
Available delivery methods, applicable costs and estimated timeframes are displayed before you confirm your order. Estimated dates are guidance unless a specific delivery date is expressly agreed.
European and international orders
Cross-border orders may be subject to import procedures, customs duties or taxes. Any charges collected by Shadow and Baye will appear at checkout; additional charges payable to a customs authority or carrier may apply depending on the destination and delivery terms.
Tracking and delays
Where tracking is available, details are provided following dispatch. If a parcel appears delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the delivery partner.
Incorrect or missing deliveries
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or has not arrived within the indicated timeframe, contact our team. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
