10. Cancellation Rights

Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. You are not required to use the Model Cancellation Form to exercise your right to cancel.
11. Returns and Refunds
11.1. Customers exercising their statutory cancellation rights must return eligible products within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
11.2. Returned products should be packaged securely.
11.3. Customers may be responsible for direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns where disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.
